Almost every time I drop an item, it gets randomly thrown somewhere far away. Most of the time we can't find it anymore. Would be nice if it will be changed, in all other games you drop items in front of you.

Sounds like an isolated issue. For me in SP things I drop seem to stay forever. I have left caves with rock on the ground come back it is still there.

Yes but if you drop something does ist appear next to you, in front of you? Or somewhere else or far away
