When does the hardwood spawn after. wait 30 hours. have rented a server. I have to set something

if yes it should be 6hs couse its a resource node kinda

Trees do not respawn.
Ore and baskets/bales respawn every 6 hours.
Pepper and other vegetables respawn every 2 hours.
Mobs are respawning every 2 hours.

There are no seeds for Divi-Divi trees. So, they need to respawn. Otherwise they would become entirely exhausted on server. Especially if you have a lot of players on that server making multiple Frigates.

not really. resource trader largely fixes this problem...

Yes. But there are new players that might not have fully finished the Swamp Lands Foothills and need hardwood. They can't use the resource trader for that.

Also. Why would trees not regrow, but ore does?

Because there is a lot more trees then ore.
This is not a building simulator so where you can build forever you might need to import materials from other islands. With the TP feature that is not really all that hard. Fill your ship and your Character and boom go home and profit. 2 minutes longer than if they magically reappeared.
