may be its intentionally, but with the divi dive trees its a massiv problem on servers with multiple players, since there are not as many trees around as the normal or the oily swamp trees.
hard wood is used in so many receipies, that some players run into problems now, because they can not find any and the old places will not respawn.
if intentional, then why? and is it possible to change, please.

The pirate camps in the foothills, particularly where you go to fight second boss, have divi divi chopped down that refreshes over time. Try searching these!
Merchant stalls later on also sell Hardwood for Piastres, but there is a delivery time in real world hours that it takes to get there

I have found that Divi-Divi does respawn. I dont believe that to be a server issue. Also when you beat the level 2 boss you can use silver coins to purchase hardwood

on islands, other than 2nd boss, divi dive on our server did not respawn yet (severals real time days paast already). boss island i will try now, tks for the tip.

Not sure I know lol. Maybe because if you chop down a tree fr, it can't regrow in a matter of days? 🤷🏽♂️ Just my guess

I dont mean any offense to the devs but if I had to be honest I would say currency dump. Otherwise people are going to have millions of piastre by the time new content is released and that could have an adverse impact on the game

They need to make the Divi Divi trees regrow. Since you can't farm them (they don't drop seeds). It requires multiple islands to be decimated of all Divi Divi trees just to make a Frigate. With several players on a server making multiple Frigates the entire map will be exhausted of hardwood.

eh, nope, i am more than 6 hrs in game, in fact 200 hrs all together and none of the tree regrow. not palm, no divi, no oil trees

I believe i saw someone say that "the ore grows instead of trees" and thats about as good an explanation as any imo.
meaning i think they should respawn too, or at least regrow over time, maybe with growth stages.

Divi Divi regrow, but you must leave some saplings here (you can't chop them down)

Id like to add on a single player mode divi trees don't regrow. Saplings that were already present will eventually grow to full size after you run by them however no new saplings will appear. I have 114hrs in game and no tree has ever respawned

please devs add more tree seeds :c right now it's like I have to cut down every single tree on the whole island to get like 10 ficus tree and MAYBE if lucky one pam tree

i think they need to add sseeds or make it so if you leave the tree stumps they grow back or as you said after a et number of in game days they should respawn

to summ things up, for some divi regrows, for some not, which constitudes in a bug, imo.
