I think it happans when I plant a lot of them but I´m not sure.
Maby the language change I made trigered it. It all started after this. I changed language from the main menu and restarted the game.
I replanted everything and it was working fine at first, like half way. Then I planted all the seeds I have and the problem came back. I left the shrubs last.
I have also noticed some ficus and palm trees had grown inmediatly, in less than a minute after planting....
I just planted one more single batata and the glitch is gone. Strange.... 
It was a local seed I found in the same island. I don´t know if this helps... I hope so ☘️

some others have noticed similar things, and ive seen some glitches with divi divi trees after clearing patches and they grow back. ive never changed language so i think you can rest easy with that bit at least

I Just noticed running around my plantation that I no longer push/move the plants. I recall I used to. It was quite pleasing effect.
Maby the problem is in the soft selection of plant vertex. The glitch was more prominent during a storm when there is a lot of plant movement.
The base of the bananas trees was moving with the wind when only the upper part should move.
