ive stated the game over steam after half a century load ive loaded into this crippeled main menu if there are any questions regarding this pls ask but thats all i did

I uninstalled the game and added this code in the game startup mode (right-click, go to properties, general, and startup mode (-d3d12)) it solved it here.
