Server Connection Services Problem

The EU and North American servers keep disconnecting us from the game. We're trying the Southeast Asian server, but the sword isn't showing, the outfits aren't showing, and we're trying the Commonwealth of Independent States server, but that's a distant server, which is another problem. Will this problem be solved? Will any measures be taken to fix this issue? We've tried everything, including DNS clearing, but this seems to be a game-related problem

Don't say it's not our fault; you brought the servers, and there's a general problem with the game. We're going from server to server trying to play co-op, and we can't play properly.
