Can load into Offline Server but not host game

Since the update I can go into a offline server normally, but my world is with my friend on hosting a game. Everytime I load into host a game, It goes into loading screen and back to menu. It repeats itself, load into offline server and its fine. Tried to join my friends world and same thing, load screen and back to menu

so its NA and EU server having the issue but CIS is working for me

SEA works too but NA/ EU isnt working
