Purchased the coat plan in Tortuga. Learned it. Does not show up in create menu in Armor bench. Went back to tortuga and vendor shows i own it. Checked bench again, still not there after multiple restarts. Not only out the 200 silver, but as thats the only coat in the game i wanted kinda sucks lol
If it helps with troubleshooting i have and have equipped the privateer doublet. I will grab screenshots and add to this post shortly
