game worked fine 2 days ago but starting yesterday. The game is stuck in this screen at start-up. i tried everything and anything but without any luck. Does anyone know how i can fix this.
i don't have the game installed on my own computer as i use geforce now cloud gaming so i can't go into any game files.

I tried doing that in GFN but nothing happened when I pressed enter (I'm sure it was typed correctly)
I tried it locally on mac steam and it added it properly, but when I launch GFN it's not there, nor can I add it.
PS. I did this by stopping the game in GFN before it launched, went to properties and tried adding the PublicTest

no working for Geforce Now sadly. guess we're just sitting ducks, i hope the devs will force GFN to work harder on the issue ......

problem with GeForce now is that you can't change files because they aren't on your computer but on the cloud host which is locked.

I'm afraid the only way to resolve this is by contacting GFN support and ask them to delete your save.
We are currently testing an updates save system that should resolve such cases in the future.

are you on GFN? or reunnign it on your PC, if you are on your own PC you shuld be able to restore from backup:

seriously.... just contacted customer support GFN tells me to contact you guys so you guys can remove my safe files as you guys can contact steam..... this is very frustrating....

any updates to the game itself?, GFN windrose is still down and wont work. i get send from one person to another to another without any real problem solved. I'm hosting a payed dedicated server where people can't log in right now. would it be an option to just rollback the game to before the update. the update made the game crash and cause infinite loading screens.
GFN customer service says to contact steam, steam customer service tells me to contact you guys and you guys here tell me to contact GFN...... come with fixes, people payed money for the game and potential dedicated servers....
