NPC crew not showing

I have hired any npc crew at the moment. I was able to see them for hire before but now I cannot see mortar Joe and jasper crowe. Rest are still available at Tortuga. Please help. Thanks

if you cant see the workers at your base: reassign them at their workbenches. breaking the workbench or the bonfires un-assigns the workers
