Can’t load into main menu

I am having a similar issue to what’s described by others

I’ve narrowed it down to 3 player folders in my save profiles folder

But I’ve got no clue how to fix them

I’ve tried folder isolation, deleting save profiles and reloading from cloud

I’m out of options and at the end of my rope

Any luck by others?

https://windrose.support/ might have some things you can try out while waiting for a reply. maybe you can fix this on your own with it. I'm sorry i couldn't help more :(

oh and + something someone else posted not so long ago. might work as well

keep in mind if You have mods installed or try to join someone with mods/ played with them already, it might cause issues for you as well

For now I'm manually saving/back up locally

The public test fix allows you to keep cloud save without issues

When you go into public test

You just delete the corrupt files

Then you go back to live
No issues after

So it’s already technically main branch

I can load my solo game just fine, but if I try to launch a hosted session it either hangs or kicks me back to the character screen.

Will do cheers, while I've got your attention, when I press F12 for screenshots they don't appear in my normal screenshot folder, are they saved somewhere else for windrose

Got screenshot to work. Apparently logging out of steam and back in fixed it, who knew

Think I'm just going to wait for an update fix, because I tried all the work arounds and still get the same results. Still love the game! Sad I nuked all my saves to try and fix it
