Updated my graphics drivers, re-installed the game, rebooted my pc. tried turning off steam cloud.. nothing.. just sitting here on loading screen.
Yesterday it was all good. Except our dedicated server by nitrado or whatever you call the service. We had delay issues, stuttering and bad fps problems. Idk if its the patch fault or the server provider issue but yeah, everything is broken right now.

I am also having the same problem, except mine wont let me delete my "Saved" folder or "Player" folder, due to them not existing?
I would really like some help if possible, because i cant find where else to contact support

I googled that if you turn off your steam cloud and then deleting your player folders in appdata then you can play but you have to start all over again.. F that..

i dont have a player folder
theres nothing there after the R5 folder
and i did turn off steam cloud

I had it load for a while and then it finally arrived here
I tried multiple times
it loads for 10+ minutes and then stops here
it worked last night even after the update
apparently the bug is caused if you delete a character

I didnt delet it, ive seen it be the center of corrupted data I.E exiting the game while loading or crashes
i THINK i might of found the answer but i will update you soon

Yeah the "delete saved" folder
but MY issue is it doesnt exist or somehow got moved which is what i think my pc did when i moved it over my SSD
