I was doing the "Board the Unsinkable" mission and the ship ran off during the craziness of the fight and got stuck in the rocks. Never got out so it's just stuck. Tried moving my flagship to a ketch and getting close enough but I can't get beside it enough to initiate the boarding sequence and just hopping on it doesn't progress the mission state.
