Fixed an issue that prevented loading into the main menu if your Windows username contained non-Unicode characters
i dont believe this was fixed. my friends and i had infinite loading screen to get onto our server(p2p) so i uninstalled the game to see if that helps and NOW, i cant even load into the MAIN MENU. and my steam name does have a non unicode symbol... but even if i change it it will take a lil while before i could try.... and i shouldnt even have to change it. this is kinda rediculous... lmao.
