First character stopped discover new items (grayed out) at lvl 12 when I reached the last zone. Started a new character 2h ago and bugged again, cant discover the fast travel bell.... My friend has no issue at all (im hosting).

Same thing happened to me and my adventure log is not working either nor is the inventory expasion bags

Using mods or joining a server with mods might cause that.

I was using Codes from Plitch I did start a new character without them but still having the problem
