Frame rate issues and sound drops

I play on a dedicated server and recently I have been having frame rate issues and sound drop offs when playing the game. I checked and updated all my drivers and issue still presists. I've tried lowering frame cap and graphic settings but no changes still. Not sure what else to do to fix the issue

yeah since the new patch the frame rate drops are crazy
