I have been playing for over 100 hours. I went to dinner, came back, and now I can't get past the loading screen. I have totally taken the game off of my computer, reinstalled everything, and I can still not get past the loading map. I cannot even create a character. I have checked my video drivers, I have made sure my Windows was up to date, I have made sure everything imaginable is right on my computer. I have turned off my cloud on Steam because someone said that that was causing an issue, reinstalled everything, made sure there were no files from the game whatsoever on my computer, reinstalled, and still cannot get past the screen that says loading with the map. Does anyone know of a fix for this so that I can play the game?

I have this issue trying to join a server, I have to play on my hotspot for it to work. No idea why, I've tried everything.

Do you have save backups? They should be here:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles%your_Steam_ID%_Backups
If you do, you can try to delete the save (but be careful since you have 100h playtime.)
