Hello!
Some buddies and I have progressed to this portion of the game. We went and examined all 3 relic locations at the same time and for some reason my quest did NOT progress but theirs did.
The attached screenshot, shows I hit all POIs. When clicking on the quest, it zooms into wherever my character is. The second screenshot shows where my buddy is as that is where the quests tells him to go after progressing past this step.

I have exactly the same issue. Examined all relics. No map markers. Zooms to me on quest click.

Same issue here. I've got all the inscriptions recorded but it's soft locked me! So glad I'm not the only one with this issue I thought I was going insane!
Do you also have the mission reward of "Charon's Obol" in your Curios menu? For some reason I do and I can't figure out how or why. Wondering if it's related to the bug
