After a huge conversation back/forth with GPortal support, my server (which i share with 8 people), consistently lags and after 20-30 means always kicks us out back to the home screen.. after speaking with GPortal support, they say its an internal service issue via Windrose Devs. Please help!! Note, this has been occurring for 3 days now..

I also have gportal. it was smooth before the update... then the update happens and now there's stuttering and my dad gets kicked about every hour

Same we cannot get in and now our characters will not load at all. We have grinded so hard.

I purposely chose the 10 slot even though there’s only 5 of us (including me) so that there was extra cpu processing. If you can, you might want to see if you can bump it up a little. It should help with being able to get in and load.
