Before i had this issue, my game would cause my pc to freeze and crash to the ''blue screen of death''. I've done what i can like turning my graphics down, capping my fps but still no change and its now led to the game crash upon launch. I've verified files, uninstalled, reinstalled, restart pc etc. I know this isn't my pc as i can run other games that are more demanding than windrose.

The game is but a load, and a healthy PC will run it just fine, so if you get a BSOD, your PC, be it hardware, OS or the drivers, isn't healthy.
Sometimes the GPU drivers have various bugs that the OS cacthes and triggers a BSOD.
It all depends on the exact STOP code you get during that BSOD.

i don't get a stop code during my BSOD it just closes on itself upon launch.
