Hello, I have been playing the game through Nvidia Geforce NOW for the last days.
Today I decided to give it a try on my machine, I'm running arch linux (Omarchy)
On initial install i got my og (lvl 13) account from Steam Cloud. I removed the game because some settings made it impossible to play (I set upscale to tsr which made it impossible to click on any button).
After second install my og account was missing, i created a fresh one, then deleted again the game, thinking that maybe it was an ephemeral bug.
On 3rd install i lost my second account. So it seems to me like removing the game removes all cloud saves
