Not fully sure how I did it I was traveling in the small boat near the barrier. Moved my camera to see if you could peak thru it and then my boat freaked out and went thru the barrier. Video will be in post.

After review and figuring out how to get out. It would appear the actual 3d barrier does not go far into the water and when you catch a wave just right it will put you under the barrier and push you thru the model.
