Subject: Connection issues on Dedicated Game Server (Linux) - WindroseServer
Hello,
I am reaching out to you because I am currently encountering a major issue with my high-end OVH Dedicated Game server running on Linux.
My friends and I have been playing on this server for a week without any problems. However, suddenly, my friends were unable to join. I was still in-game and everything was working fine, so I decided to restart the server to resolve their connectivity issue. Since the restart, no one can connect, including myself.
The server is running the WindroseServer-Win64-Shipping.exe binary (likely via Wine/Proton on Linux). Based on the logs, it seems the issue might be related to missing packages or internal game errors rather than a hardware problem.
Key Error Details from Logs:
Missing Assets: LogStreaming: Warning: LoadPackage: SkipPackage [...] The package to load does not exist on disk.
Network Reset: R5LogNetCm: Warning: GsStream P2pClient is broken. ErrorMessage 'BL P2PGate disconnected... Message Connection reset by peer.'
Critical Failure: !!! R5Ensure happens !!! Message: Unexpected BL disconnect.
I suspect either a corruption of the game files on the disk or a network routing issue with the P2P Gateway (18.184.37.222).
Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this? Is this a known issue with this specific game build on Linux, or is there a missing dependency I should look into?
Thank you in advance for your help.
