We are playing on a hosted server (Nitrado - yes, I know).
This occurs when the game is running and you join voice chat in discord. The game within approx 30 seconds to 1 minute kicks you out of the server, back to the menu page.
I didn't really peg to it initially - early access, bugs, quirks, etc. Discord can also play up sometimes. But then I noticed it happening repeatedly - every time I played. I could even replicate it 100% of the time intentionally. I could leave voice chat, re enter - kicked.
I am fortunate though, in that I can log back into the server and it runs ok after that. Not so one of our friend group. He has been forced to use his phone for discord voice because he cannot play more than a minute or two (if he's lucky) without being kicked to menu. He is fine when playing solo, or connecting to a map hosted on our PC's.
It gets more bizarre. When he swapped PC's and logged in to the server - it was fine. It was just a problem on his computer, and just when joining discord voice chat. If he played on a different PC and joinced Discord voice chat there, it was fine. He has of course reinstalled the game, steam, Discord. Nothing has fixed it.
Any idea's? Has anyone else experienced issues with Dsicord and the game playing up?
