Missing deathmarkers

My deathmarkers stay on my map once I die more then once on the same spot. When I return I can find 1 marker but the other remain on the map.

I also have this issue it happens when there's nothing in your inventory that doesn't get transferred when you die, so if you died then died again trying to get your original inventory back, the second death marker stays because it has nothing to collect. The ones you can claim disappear after
