#Booted back to menu after placing an item

I am unable to place items ingame currently when hosting a server direct for the lads and I. After coming back whenever I try and place something in the new construction buddy just started, we're instantly both booted from the menu as the local server seemingly crashes. ^^^^^^^^this has also been an issue. In the game most stuff is nice and smooth, but around the areas where we've built (Portus GCAD perfect example) the frames drop to 15fps in some spots lmao I'm assuming this is just an over asset/too much in an area and it's trying to load it all.

*edit, single player placement works fine. it's the multiplayer it seems that's the one that's borked somehow

second edit - as someone previously stated with their charcter issues, when I make a new character and load back into that same world, I'm able to do everything just fine. So something happened earlier when my game went down, that either was the result of or resulted in some kind of character bug.

Thanks for the report. Our game isn't officially supported on linux right now, so we can't really do much here.

Game is pure vanilla, drivers are all up to their most recent as is anything important. If you guys need Linux testers I'm all on board, and can possibly help with some stuff
