Eternal loading screen

Ive tried everything my character got stuck at the ships wheel I tried to relog to fix it now im stuck on an eternal loading screen loop

Loading takes forever for me and the game is super laggy even on the lowest graphics settings. It's super frustrating, and the game chews up most of my processor and ram capacity while it's running. It's annoying
