i built a platform to get on top of the roof of my fort but the platform built through my entire fort. now if i want to remove the platform it will remove my entire fort... please help

Thanks for the report. It most likely happens because your base integrity relies on this platform being connected to the ground. You'd have to build extra pillars to support your building instead of this platform, so the fort becomes stable without that specific building block.
