Hi WR Devs/Team/Everyone,

I understand you guys are really busy, but I’d really appreciate any help/suggestions when you have time.

I’m experiencing a consistent GPU crash during gameplay.

System Info:

  • GPU: RTX 3080
  • CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
  • RAM: 16GB+
  • OS: Windows 11

Crash Details:

The game crashes with:

DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG GPUCrash - compute shader

Shortly before the crash, the log repeatedly showed:

StaticMesh data interface has no valid mesh NiagaraComponent_2146905522 NiagaraDataInterfaceStaticMesh_2146905521

** Troubleshooting attempted: **

  • Game files verified, no issues
  • Cleared shader cache, no change
  • Limited max FPS to 60, but GPU does run a little hotter
  • Under normal temps, I am using DLSS, but would like to keep it if possible?
  • No GPU overclock
  • GPU Driver versions tested: Latest + one previous version (no change)
  • Images with in game current graphic settings

Please let me know if you need additional logs.

Thanks a bunch!
