Dedicated Server Crash Report β 2026.04.26 17:17:21
π΄ P0 β CRASH: GsStream 401 on reconnect
The server lost its CM connection due to a timeout, attempted to reconnect, and was rejected with HTTP 401 UNAUTHENTICATED during the Registration phase. The reconnect appears to reuse a stale auth token rather than fetching a fresh one. SetBrokenState hits a fatal assert with no recovery path and the server crashes.

R5NetCmClient_GsStream.cpp:203 - Sequence: timeout (Status 14) β reconnect attempt β 401 (Status 16) β fatal crash
- Stream ID:

π P1 β SILENT ONGOING FAILURE: R5Ensure firing continuously
An R5Ensure at the same location fires once every 5-minute reporting window for the entire server session (over 1 hour before the crash). Count never reached zero. Likely an account/session state invariant that is never satisfied.
- File:
R5DataKeeperForServer.cpp:267
π‘ P2 β PERFORMANCE: DAL commit transactions consistently slow
DB commit tasks are running 260β300ms ("Quite slow") throughout the entire session. One spike to 546ms and one to 2563ms ("EXTREMELY slow") occurred at 16:43. This sustained latency may be contributing to the CM connection timeouts that trigger the crash.

R5BLDalAsyncQueue.cpp:1212
π΅ P3 β DATA: Missing ObjectInspector entries
Large number of spawner assets have no ObjectInspector registration. Non-crashing but indicates a data deployment gap.
- File:
R5ObjectInspector.cpp:443
