🔴 P0 — CRASH: GsStream 401 on reconnect
The server lost its CM connection due to a timeout, attempted to reconnect, and was rejected with HTTP 401 UNAUTHENTICATED during the Registration phase. The reconnect appears to reuse a stale auth token rather than fetching a fresh one. SetBrokenState hits a fatal assert with no recovery path and the server crashes.

🟠 P1 — SILENT ONGOING FAILURE: R5Ensure firing continuously
An R5Ensure at the same location fires once every 5-minute reporting window for the entire server session (over 1 hour before the crash). Count never reached zero. Likely an account/session state invariant that is never satisfied.

🟡 P2 — PERFORMANCE: DAL commit transactions consistently slow
DB commit tasks are running 260–300ms ("Quite slow") throughout the entire session. One spike to 546ms and one to 2563ms ("EXTREMELY slow") occurred at 16:43. This sustained latency may be contributing to the CM connection timeouts that trigger the crash.
