This is happening far to much and the server is in such a poor state when it works we lag constantly all over the place with 4 in the world normally this is beyond crazy.

I subscribed for a 3 days test... never worked.
1 day gone and money sent to trash

Same here. I cancelled my subscription but received no refund. I was never able to access my server.
