Your save is corrupted:
HOW TO RESTORE BACKUP
Go to:
• C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\ %your_Steam_ID%_Backups
• Select the latest backup (or any preferred one). Backups are named by date and time.
• Copy all contents from this folder (it should contain one folder + AccountDescription.json).
• Navigate to:
C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\ {your_Steam_ID}\RocksDB
• Paste the copied files there (replace existing files if prompted).
I managed by typing this code (-d3d12) in the game properties under general in game startup options, and the interface loaded. But I can't connect to another friend's server.
Where you able to connect before? And did you restore a backup?
I didn't make a backup, I deleted the save folder among other files and used the initialization code,
