dull flare
Completely at random it seems, but with obvious triggers, like the intended audio ducking is not undoing? go into Map, audio muffles, when leaving map it should undo that, but sometimes doesn't.
It's as if I put ear muffs on, it seems so muddy and muffled. Once the issue starts it stays until I restart the game.
