Stamina stuck on screen flashing

While playing I noticed that the "bar" got stuck, not sure for how long it was going on since I was doing a lot of mining and tree cutting...

Does this happen after game and server restart?
Does this happen on a fresh character if you join the same server?
Does this happen on this character if you join another server or play solo-offline?

We had been playing on the server for a couple hours with no problems. I only have the one character, and I didn't restart the game since I was just wanting to finish a few last details on a build we were working on.
