Followed the instructions to move save files from backup to active folder, turned off cloud saves, saves still will not load. Have only been playing on one device since known cloud save issues broke initial character save.

man, i can asure you, is more easy crating another character, i've past throught it too, and i can't get my old char back, so i've created a new one

I’m dealing with the same issue. 37 hours on my character and I’ve tried everything it feels like.
I was playing on two devices. My steam deck and my pc so I think that’s how the bug got me.
