Try going here:
C:\Users\ User name \AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\ your steam id \RocksDB\0.10.0\Worlds
Then move (don't delete!) your worlds to another temporary folder, launch the game and create a new world to see if this unlocks interaction with the world list.

then verify game files or maybe reinstall if it doesnt work.

keep a copy the save files (C:\Users\ User name \AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\ your steam id \RocksDB\0.10.0\Worlds) to add them back in if reinstalling is necessary

i traid to delete the whole r5 file like what he says but now it stuck on leoding screen

maybe try copying C:\Users\ User name \AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\ your steam id \RocksDB\0.10.0\Worlds to make a backup, then deleting the game and reinstalling the game

if that works and you are able to start and run the game, then add the save files back into the game and try to play them

this is the only other thing i can think of
