So, me and my friends are trying to join my friends server. He bought dedicated server thing and we can't join neither can he. The server is in miami. Can I get some help?

It just keeps kicking me out the game

and my friends are having the same problem when they try to join

How can we fix this?

I'm going to send a recording of what's happening so you can see the exact problem.

try switching your server to direct IP connection. I don;'t know if your server provider supports it though

please try reaching out to your server provider, unfortunately Its hard for me to dig deeper on my end.
If they allow direct IP connection, it should really be bullet proof.
