Good day sitm sorry that yo uare having these issues.

Please ask your friends to create a server using CIS connectivity server (it is lonly needed to establish conenction between you and your friends) it will not define your ping in game.

I would also appreciate if you could do this for me:

press win + r
in the appeared window type "Cmd" --> enter

and inster these lines one by one. and send me screenshots of output in DM please

yes, for some unknown reason you can only "see" one connection service - teh cis one.
these are just "handshake" services that are needed so you guys can connect, so it won't affect anything. if other players in yur group also see cis as avaialble - try using it and see if it works for you.
