Sometimes when you flatten the ground barely moves and sometimes it digs almost as much as dig does even if you have the aim on the elevated ground and same for the raise.
This system needs a lot of work. patching holes atm just looks awful.

In my testing of this I have found that it raises lower areas in the targeted area and lowers high spots. I don't think it's bugged as much as not well understood. It will take a lot of practise and trial and error to get teh results you want.
