During the Quest "Catastrophe's Aftermath" for the People of Tortuga you meet Charlie Sharpe. When you talk to him during the quest, get medicine for the people, he and the player calls Doctor Galen "Doktor Skeleton".
Maybe its a German translation problem, so maybe easy to fix. But it was quiet irritating as they talked about a different doc than the one you know and lives in your base 🙂

If you look in the character bio in the bonfire for Doctor Galen Skelton, you’ll notice that is indeed his last name
