Was on a dedicated server clearing the same mission with a friend, it was to search the pirate camps. After looting all the chests, the mission was cleared for him but not for me. there's no more yellow main quest marker for me on the map.

Same thing happened to me in 2 quests.
I have only played on my dedicated server (as have my friends)
I have opened 2 tickets for them.

They need to add Reset Quest option (for the quest part, not the chests) so no double looting.

If you are playing on a dedicated, you can make your own solo server, do that part of the quest then rejoin. Work around at least. @ivory rain

if im not wrong, main quest are tied to your character not the server.

Your characters progress is its own I thought? I cant really confirm this as my one toon is done with all the content in the game, but when I joined my own local host my quests just picked up where I left off(pretty sure). Give it a try, just make a local solo game and see if your quests markers pop up. I understand what you are saying about the server, but I have zero clue if that will impact that on the dedicated @ivory rain I do believe you are on the quest that requires you to collect the keys for the boss temple? Does the server have shared quest progression on?

i've tried it on local, same thing. shared quest is on but its not listed as shared for this particular quest unlike some..... :/

Well you've only been to 11/28 poi's in that zone, I'd just keep searching your pois it will likely correct itself.

Its a modding issue. Please, remove all mods and mod manager apps and try again (I also recommend splitting all your increased stacks down to normal size, so you have a better chance of not corrupting your sace).
If it doesn't help - also try reinstalling the game. If it still doesn't help, your save is most likely already corrupted, sorry.
