#Corrupted Character after joining someone elses dedicated

I joined a random dedicated server (modded i have a feeling) from someone in Tortuga Chat to help him out with something, but it seems to have somehow corrupted my character (cloud-save).

  • Going back to Solo / Offline = Infinite Loading
  • Hosting Server = Crash back to Main Menu
  • Join my Nitrado = It actually makes the server reboot (so kick back to main menu eventually)

I can only join that dedicated server now with my main character, is there a way to fix this?

Edit:

  • Reinstall / Verify (no difference)
  • Disable Cloud -> Delete R5 -> New Char -> Exit + Reload Cloud = same issue
  • Creating a new Character and i can connect everywhere directly.

Seems like something in the cloud-save went 💀 for my main char (120+hrs) ..

Same thing happened to my character.

Some other things I noticed about that:
I was able to only join that server with the corrupted character and they also had way to many stat points to spend. It was a dedicated server hosted by Survival Servers.

Figured it out, that server had a higher level cap so it boosted my stats over the limit. On Nexus Mods there's "Windrose Save Repair Tool" it will recorrect your character to vanilla stats and now i have my character back in working order.
