Every time I teleport to tortuga the game either freezes in black screen or lets me teleport, but when I try to move away from the fast travel campfire it freezes the same. Game restart fixes this.

This is happening almost every time 2 of my group who are on steam decks go to Tortuga, can they get a log from somewhere?

I also get a loading screen bug where it freezes every time i try to load back in unless i load into another world and then back into that one after the fact. Makes it really annoying every time it happens. Probably will stop playing until they fix it

My ping goes from 20ish to over 200 when I go to Tortuga

I had this issue as well, required me to restart my pc.

With our 3 person group it seems only those of us with a 5000 series card are having the issue. Windrose window is 'stuck' on screen I cannot bring Task Manager etc to the foreground. ALT+TAB will show me running applications and I can close each program EXCEPT Windrose. I have to restart the PC. Happens whether I fast travel in or our of a Boat.

Same here, my Wife with a 5000-Series Card has massive Problems to quick Travel (especially Tortuga) and has to restart the PC because after the Black Screren it´s not possible to stop the Application in the Task Manager. Hope there will be a fix soon

Now that the server issues have been fixed I have managed to test this, I also have a 5000 series card, no issues with Tortuga

In my group we have one 5090, one 3080, one laptop with a 4060, and two steamdecks, the only people that crash regularly going to Tortuga are the steamdecks

I have noticed some funkyness when playing in fullscreen mode, game seems to behave much better in Borderless window mode, might be worth a shot?

confirm. Everytime my friend ports to tortuga his game freezes and he has to restart. We both have 5090 setups

After tortuga crash. I reloaded my save and if I fast travel ANY WHERE it crashes. Can't even play anymore.
