Changed my video settings from borderless window to fullscreen amd my scren decided it didn't want to work right anymore. I can't press anything in the game, nothing works. I tried uninstalling and resintalling and nothing worked.

ALT+Enter to force the game into Windowed mode.
Fullscreen really mainly wants with native screen res (since it is not an Exclusive Fullscreen) and may quirk out with unsupported resolutions. And currently the game does not support 32:9 aspect ratio at all iirc.
