Merchant shipment gone when server automatically restarted during shipment. I ordered 5 crates of hardwood and it was processing for about 30min already. Then Nitrado server shut down and restarted automatically and then the shipment was gone ALONG WITH MY SILVER THAT I PAID FOR THE SHIPMENT, like they never existed......
