Is it possible to get some assistance with this? I have a company claiming copyright on my livestreams because of the sea shantys in the game. Youtube so far is supporting their claim.

Can you perhaps tell Youtube something like that?
The rights to this content belong to the game studio Kraken Express. They state that they are happy to allow others to use it, as long as it’s done in a way that respects the studio and doesn’t present the game Windrose in a negative or misleading light.
