depends on the server, I have a 12 player cap set atm but we haven't found a limit yet (64 gb of server ram)

i'm hosting on my own server, cpu usage is quite high atm ~20%. Some people are working on idle mods for when servers have 0 players on, but with 1+ player it will still have high usage
