hi, I though this was a mod issue I've deleted the mod and uninstalled and reinstalled the game and backupped up all files from before I installed the mod. however i cant get bags to add slots. any advice other then do what I've already tried

Thanks for the report, your character most likely is already corrupted. If backups don't help, I'd try uninstalling mod manager app. If it still doesn't help you might need to restart with the new character.

I've made new characters on new worlds and the issue persists

Uninstall all mods
Uninstall mod manager app
Delete C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\R5\Saved
Reinstall the game

Then try again
