Hi I just bought the standard hull color from the provider at Tortuga and paid the 30 gold pieces for it but did not receive it. when i bought it it quickly displayed to the right of the buying window, upon which i traveled to my main port to check it out and customize my ship but found that it was not in the widow to select it. Playing from South Africa on a solo mission the time it occurred was around 17:10 - 17:14 my local time

Thanks for the report. If you have Blackbeard variant or Brethren variant, stock colors will not show up. Hull colors are specific for ships of this faction.

hi i am currently sailing the Brethren brig does the stock colors not apply to the ship and if so can i be given back my 39 gold i used to buy the stock colors hulls then ?

Brethren ships can only use Brethren colors. No refunds, but you can make that money back easy later in the game.

I bought the Stock Hull colors in good faith which means it should show up in the list of items that you can use to customize your ships, it is not there, which means i cannot select it, THAT is the main problem and if i am sailing a ship that cannot use that specific hull color, it should tell me that. I bought it and i want it, as i might craft another ship that can make use of it. The answer being provided does not fit your display of customer appreciation it leaves a very sour taste. I used my time to collect the total gold needed to buy it and i would like to have it given to me or a refund on the gold pieces i used to pay for it. it was my time spent to earn those gold pieces.

another thing I can make use of the stock sail on the brig i am currently sailing so how does that work sail but not the hull colors ??

It specifically states that the stock hull colors are for stock ships
