#Only 1 Player Lags Out of The Group

I'm hosting the server. Not on Nitrado. The player limit is set to 4 people. We've had 3 people on mostly. With 1 other person hopping in and making it 4. Another friend joined, and it's still only 4 people on at a time. This friend AT&T Fiber Internet, whilst I have Nextlink Broadband. We normally have no issues playing together, and don't lag out. He has FASTER internet than me, but out of everyone in the gorup, only he lags out.

Issue: Only 1 player lags out of the server. Others have joined and played for hours with no lag or issues.
Details: AT&T Fiber Internet of the player that lags out. Host has NextLink Broadband. Player walks around normally, while frozen on others' screens. Player can't interact with anything. Player doesn't get error message, just gets sent to Main Menu.
Specs:
Me (Host): Intel i7-13700F, 4060TI 8GB, 32 GB Crucial DDR5 RAM, 2TB Crucial SSD.
Player Affected: Ryzen 9 7900X, 4080 SUPER, 64 GB Corsair DDR5 RAM, 3TB of Crucial and Unknown Brand SSD.

Thanks for the report. Let's narrow it down.

  1. Can that friend host a coop game and a solo-offline world with the same character?
  2. Can that friend join your game with a fresh character?
  3. Have you or any of your friends used any mods at any point? Even just installing the mod management app like Vortex?
